This 100,000 SF hospitality project with 123 rooms is structurally supported by our specialty engineered solutions. The five-story hotel consists of a precast hollow-core system with composite topping supported by load-bearing cold-formed metal framing collectively engineered and detailed by our specialty engineering team. Our solution minimized coordination between the precaster and metal sub-contractors which in turn was a cost-benefit to the project. Our experience with both specialty systems allowed us to provide a comprehensive submittal without needing multiple engineers for each component.
