LEED Platinum Certified, 54-story, 786-foot high, mixed-use facility, comprised of two above-ground structures supported by a one-city-block podium level with eight subterranean levels. Below-grade structure is two-way post-tension slab construction with drop caps. Tower is fifty-four levels above grade and consists of precast double tee floors to Level 35 supported by concrete frames and composite steel floors supported by long-span Vierendeel trusses above Level 35. The Atrium has a 51-story transfer girder. Lateral system for the tower is a concrete exterior framed tube. CIB annex is ten stories tall and consists of 125-ft span post-tensioned concrete girders with concrete joist and slabs. Lateral system is special concrete moment frames. Roof of CIB is an intensively planted green roof plaza. Building is supported on 160 KSF weathered rock.
