Bellamare - sarasota, FL

A 16-story post-tension structure with multi-level parking and residential components. This structure has a CIP parking component with banded beams and slabs supported on concrete shear walls. The design was for three towers to sit on the podium but only two were constructed without a redesign because of the fl exibility of the initial design.
