EMERALD GRANDE AT Harbor Walk Village - Destin, FL

Emerald Grande consists of two 18-story towers which include 281 luxury condominiums and amenity space. Among the amenities are an indoor and outdoor pool, fitness center, business center, spa, restaurant and event spaces. Connecting the towers is a 10-story building with covered parking, amenity space, and space for building services. The structural system includes post-tensioned slabs, concrete shear walls and concrete moment frames supported on deep foundations. Due to the building’s location along the coastline in the Florida panhandle the building was designed to withstand major hurricanes, storm surge and the waterfront environment. In addition to the main towers, phase II of the project included an additional 300,000 square feet of parking garages and 91,000 square feet of retail space. The buildings are one of the iconic resorts along the Destin, FL coastline.
