This 140,000 SF religious assembly venue was designed in the semblance of a concert and theater-style performing arts venue complete with 60-foot atrium-style concourse, refreshment service areas, and cafés in addition to the auditorium that poses seating capacity for 1,600 seated occupants. The structural solution allowed an economical framing assemblage that allows for future vertical expansion of 22,800 SF and an elevated bridge structure that would connect the east expansion to a proposed 400-seat elevated cantilever balcony expansion that was implemented into the main structural solution. Structural elements are exhibited throughout including 130-ft long-span steel trusses and a specialty concrete mix that was engineered and jointed to resemble a marble-like floor finish.
