ST. PETE TIMES FORUM EXPANSION
TAMPA, FL

The renovation and addition to the existing 20,500-seat stadium structure and home of the Tampa Bay Lightning focused on the modification of the existing long-span steel trusses to accommodate increased loading. Our specialty engineered solutions team performed a full survey of the existing long-span steel trusses, reverse engineering and retrofit for the structural steel and connections impacted by the addition of the Signature Deck and Pipe Organ Amenities.  Our team also provided design solutions for all new structural steel connections to the existing structure. The project was a fast-track delivery and our team worked closely with the construction team to achieve the goal of completing the project during the team’s off-season.
