This 150,000 SF single-story office facility is a tilt-up concrete structure with open spaces created by a steel joist roof system.  In order to accentuate the exterior of such a large facility, the structural solution required cantilevered open entries to create an inviting appearance.  This was achieved through the use of cantilever moment frames that were concealed in the curtainwall and were engineered to limit differential sway between the panels and the entries.  Additionally, long-span hanger systems were utilized to create some of the exterior spaces where the curtainwall system was continuous.
